The problem

Connect your email

Connect your email account — Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail. Luna can then read the mail that comes in, understand what the customer is asking, and lay a finished reply ready in your tone. It's sent from your own address once you approve, and messages that are dealt with can be labelled and archived. If you use Google Calendar, she also checks availability and creates appointments. You can disconnect any time.
